This is the ideal pack to start a Cyprus Limited Company in preparation of your upcoming activity, to sign contracts or simply to reserve a company trading name or Internet domain names. Furthermore, at any time during the year following your incorporation, you have the option of paying the difference with the "Cyprus Total Business Pack" and benefit from the full features of the total pack.

- An attorney-Incorporated Cyprus Limited Company (translation into English of all Greek Docs)
- Cyprus Based mandatory Company Secretary (maintains all statutory company records)
- A prestigious Registered Company address in Cyprus for a year (in Limassol or Nicosia)
- A Cyprus bank account in one of Cyprus's leading banks
- A shared Cyprus telephone and fax numbers (to be used for letterhead, websites, etc.)
- A Certificate of Incumbency on demand for up to 1 year
- All company documents sent by urgent Courier service (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
General conditions: upfront payment of a minimum of 1000 Euros. You will have to transfer us the balance after we send you the copies of your company documents by fax, but before we send you out the official documents by urgent courier service. The average time frame for the entire process is 3 weeks, please note that you can speed up the process by ordering a shelf company or/and paying an extra urgent fee.
